Pilates Reformer sessions will be filled with a variety of All kinds of exercises done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.  Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage, or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs.  All Sessions are  55 minutes.

Personal Training & Small Group Training are programs designed specific to each individual or group.  Sessions are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.  All workouts will focus on building core strength, improving endurance & stamina.  Each session will be 60 minutes long. 

Personal Nutrition Coaching with your individual needs in mind we will work together to create a plan that will make you successful around healthy habits that will give you long to success.  No fad diets here!  Solid nutrition education ONLY!

Healthy Living Program is a monthly maintenance program that will help you stay on track with your new lifestyle & healthy habits.  This includes one monthly meeting as well as weekly check in and feedback.  (60 minutes)  
Food Prep 101 is a great way to learn food prep and cooking techniques to make healthy eating more easily accessible.  (60 minutes) 
Grocery Shopping 101 will teach you how to shop for healthy foods and keep your kitchen stocked with the items you need to live your healthiest life.
